Pengfa Chemical is fully resuming production of its formic acid, acetic acid and salt production lines with full vigor to open up a new situation!
The spring tide surges, initiating a new journey. With the post-holiday return rush coming to an end, Pengfa Chemicals has focused on its four core product lines of formic acid, acetic Acid, calcium formate, and sodium acetate, and officially launched a comprehensive resumption of work and production on October 9th. The production lines in each workshop have gradually been "awakened", and are charging ahead at full capacity to achieve a "red start" in the new year's production.
On the first day of resuming work, the company strictly implemented the "primary responsibility" for safety production, organizing all employees to conduct pre-job safety training and equipment inspections. The safety management team went deep into the formic acid and acetic acid synthesis workshops, focusing on checking the sealing performance of the reaction vessels, the pipeline pressure monitoring system, and the explosion-proof devices, ensuring zero risks in the storage and transportation of corrosive raw materials. In the calcium formate and sodium acetate crystallization and drying sections, technicians conducted no-load tests on key equipment such as centrifuges and dryers one by one, calibrating process parameters such as temperature and humidity, laying a solid foundation for subsequent continuous and stable production.
At present, all product lines have entered the capacity ramp-up stage as planned. Formic acid and acetic acid, as basic chemical raw materials, have order demands covering fields such as pesticides, medicine, and dyeing and printing. The workshops are operating at full capacity to ensure the supply of raw materials to downstream enterprises. The calcium formate and sodium acetate production lines, on the other hand, are optimizing production schedules for orders in niche markets such as feed additives and concrete early strength agents, ensuring that product purity, particle size, and other indicators precisely meet standards. Inside the production workshop, the sounds of machines rumbling can be heard one after another. Raw materials, after being precisely proportioned, enter the reaction system and go through synthesis, purification, crystallization and other processes, eventually transforming into qualified products. These products are then conveyed to the storage area via automated conveyor belts, awaiting shipment to destinations around the world.
